Chris Blackman is a Strategic Management and Marketing Consultant with over two decades of corporate general management and consulting experience.

Educated in the UK and qualified as an electrical and electronics system engineer, Chris worked in hands-on technical roles for the first decade of his career, in the minicomputer and peripherals area, and travelled the globe analysing and repairing complex, expensive systems at micro-component level.

Moving from the UK to the USA, then to Australia, Chris took over as MD of a high-technology systems marketing company in Melbourne and grew the business 300% in three years before moving to a larger company where he started practising corporate strategy, with a focus on marketing and growth.

Through his work with a number of companies, Chris rapidly developed skills and experience across a wide range of industries and all the corporate disciplines required to run, grow and make more profitable almost any kind of business. He uses that wide expertise today, consulting with clients ranging from start-up, to global, but mainly focusing on small-medium businesses.

Chris has worked in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, USA, Japan and S E Asia, and has resided in the UK, Netherlands, USA and Australia.
