General InformationJoy Levin is the founder and president of Allium Research and Analytics—a marketing research firm that works with organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, travel, retail, public sector, non-profit, financial services, and software. She has worked in both client and supplier-side capacities, managing all phases of studies and research activities—strategic formulation and development, selection of analytical methodology, research design, field activity oversight, data interpretation and analysis, and presentation. With experience in a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques, she has helped a number of businesses become more profitable by helping them to understand and meet customer needs through projects that are geared toward the needs (and budget) of each organization. Levin received her BA from Brandeis University in 1987 cum laude, and her Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University with High Honors in 1989. She currently serves on the board of the Baltimore chapter of the American Marketing Association.
